Only high quality materials have been used for the house building. “Wienerberger” ceramic blocks, facade is layed with long lasting German made clinker “Feldhaus klinker”, “Rheinzink” tiles were used for stairs. “Schüco” window profiles and brick walls ensure good heating and sound insulation. Extra value and additional protection are provided by security – enhanced fireproof door “Lyder EI30 Sm”, “Legrand” electrical installation. “Wavin” pipes, adjustable floor heating, in every flat there is possibility to arrange recuperation system.

“Tulpių Apartments” – rationally planned, high quality, optimum sized apartments and commercial premises. A house with twelve apartments in the building ensures compactness and privacy. Targeted designed flat space – functional home for everyone. Premises on the first floor of the building – 43 and 47 sq m. Second and third floor apartments have 60 sq m. Upper fourth floor apartments are of two types. Smaller – 38 sq m and bigger – 65 sq m. The latter – with 16 sq m spacious terraces. All rooms – with partial finish. If necessary, we can perform a complete & professional design according to your individual preferences. For convenience of residents, there is a parking lot. The courtyard that belongs to the house, creates the unique privacy and sense of security.
